Casual Escape Room Game Assistant/Manager in Manukau

We offer flexible hours on casual contract so it's ideally suited to tertiary students. Our team members work about 10h to 20h per week based on how busy we are and how available they are. Our new team member MUST be:

- available to work weekends, some evenings during weekdays, and during school holidays Please note that shifts are sometime as short as 1.5h on weekdays and up to 11h on weekends. You need to be comfortable with both. You'll start as a Game Assistant, and your main responsibilities will be briefing players, monitoring games & resetting rooms after each game. Once those skills have been mastered, you may be trained to become a Game Manager. Game Managers have the additional responsibilities for opening/closing the venue, handling customers' enquiries, taking payments, training & managing Game Assistants, etc. This typically takes 1-2 months. Game Managers are entered into a bonus scheme, in which they could earn up to $3/hour extra if we hit certain targets. Pay for the Games Assistant role starts at $23.15/hr.
