Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and possess strong planning and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales - Strong written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
