Client Relations Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Relations Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in challenging situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Motivated and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic - Ability to conduct thorough research to understand client needs and preferences
