Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


StretchSense is seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant working remotely. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the client service industry.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and online chat. - Manage a high volume of client interactions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Provide product information and support to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, track client interactions, and assist in closing sales. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the management team.


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients. - Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
