Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Voya Financial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This full-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Continuously improve processes to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred - Customer service experience in financial services industry is a plus
