Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hormel Foods is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide seamless service delivery. 4. Manage client accounts, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. 5. Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. 2. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. 3. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and prioritize cooperation to achieve common goals. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
