Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Plexure Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist in a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client service, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 3. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients and work towards meeting sales targets. 5. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve client experience. 7. Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service or account management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
