Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Biomatters. This is a remote work position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience - Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship - Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client support experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a client support role - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
