Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Serko Ltd is seeking a confident and driven Client Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with any technical issues or questions they may have regarding our products and services - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and offer additional support or services as needed - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients - Handle any client complaints or escalations in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Persuasion and creativity skills are a must
