Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work


Job Description:


Anthem is seeking a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry and develop essential skills needed for a successful career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Anthem's products and services - Assist with managing incoming calls and emails from customers and healthcare providers - Update and maintain customer information in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Follow up with customers to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Cooperate effectively with team members to achieve common goals - Excellent planning and organization skills to manage workload efficiently
