Job Description:

CSX is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, shipping, and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong time management and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
