Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Ameren, a leading energy company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Must be self-motivated and reliable - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
