Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Care Manager to join our team at StretchSense. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Lead and motivate the customer service team to provide exceptional service to our customers - Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Teamwork and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills
