We are seeking to engage candidates who are interested in either shift pattern below:

• Tuesday to Saturday - 8.30 - 5pm (Full time 40 hours) - Working with the NZ Market
• Monday to Friday - 10.30 - 7pm (Full time 40 hours) - Working with the AUS Market

You would be responsible for managing customer enquiries, including answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and providing real-time troubleshooting. The successful candidate is driven to oversee customer-specific solutions, collaborate with their extended resources to resolve issues as necessary.


You will be comfortable multitasking and taking ownership of a caseload with multiple service requests. What you'll get in return
