Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, as well as assist with order processing and billing inquiries.


Key responsibilities: - Effectively communicate with customers to address their needs and concerns - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue - Process customer orders and handle billing inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed established customer service goals and targets
