Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Citigroup is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department - Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Participating in training sessions to improve customer service skills - Assisting with special projects as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Project management experience is a plus - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to work remotely and maintain a flexible schedule - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
