Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our team at Dollar General. This is a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, purchases, and account-related issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to change. 4. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. 5. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
