Desktop Support Contract

The Company

A multi-national organization representing brands New Zealanders know and love who are in a large transition phase.

The Role

Working within a small team and reporting to the IT Team Leader, your key responsibilities include:

· Providing 1 st and 2 nd level support for internal users alongside helping the wider team work through their priorities

· Daily calls, tickets and walk ups for end user support

· Setting up new users on Desktops/Laptop/Mobile Phones

· Network knowledge and troubleshooting

· Onsite installation of Computers, Switches and other networked devices

· Trouble shooting Remote Access issues

· Various improvement projects as required

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have had experience working within an enterprise sized organization, and be used to adapting quickly to multiple technologies. You also will have had at least 1 year within an MSP environment and will be used to supporting multiple businesses and systems at once in a busy and challenging environment. You will also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar positions, and have confidence to engage with strong / vocal users.

Required Skillsets

· Strong customer service experience and experience delivering services despite multiple challenges

· Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD and Microsoft Apps

· Service Now experience (or with a similar ITSM portal)

· Experience with hardware handovers and set ups

· Enjoy working as part of a team for a common goal
