Who We’re Looking For

As Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the operation of Skyline’s Stratosfare restaurant, Market Kitchen Café and various Conference and Events held onsite. 

We are searching for a hospitality professional that has proven experience in restaurant and bar supervision to join our food and beverage operation as a Duty Manager.  

The perfect candidate will 

• have previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre 
• bring exceptional leadership/supervisory and communication skills 
• hold a current LCQ and Managers License
