The role breaks down into four core leadership components:


Technology Roadmap: You will provide leadership, translating commercial goals into actionable technical strategies. Your role involves both overseeing the current hardware operations and expanding them to meet future needs. Bring the new hardware suite into the modern age.



People Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of seven direct and twelve indirect reports, driving high levels of motivation and productivity. Develop team capabilities to meet and exceed industry standards with your interest and/or expertise.  You can step up into this.



Delivery Leadership: Manage and deliver on strategic and tactical milestones efficiently. This includes overseeing resource allocation and ensuring that the engineering team collaborates effectively with internal and external partners. Engineering Leadership: From concept to delivery, you will manage all aspects of hardware engineering. This includes collaborating closely with R&D, manufacturing, product management, and external partners to ensure seamless product integration and launch.
