If you are a self starting, conscientious individual with some stores/parts/delivery experience then we’re interested in talking to you. We currently have a vacancy for the above permanent position based in Bell Block.

Entec’s instrumentation and electrical business is growing at a stellar pace. The size of our team has doubled in the last few years, but our workload is growing even quicker. Hence, we are looking for additional support personnel within our large I&E business.

Entec delivers a variety of small, medium and large instrumentation and electrical projects all around the country, and particularly around the Taranaki region, together with a large variety of maintenance roles. Our customer base includes a who’s who of New Zealand’s industrial sector, including food/beverage/dairy, power generation and transmission, oil/gas/petrochemical, ports, mining, and three waters. We work mostly in the heavy industrial sector, which means we have extremely high standards for quality and safety.

The job we have on offer;

We are looking for a Junior Stores Assistant to help out in our busy Bell Block store, working across two sites.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to;

· pickup and delivery,

· inward/outward goods,

· assist with vehicle fleet management,

· assist with project supply management,

· assist with order picking and dispatch,

· assist with building and plant maintenance

To be considered for this role you will need:

· to hold a New Zealand issued Class 1 (motorcar) Driver's licence,

- to hold a NZ Class 2 license (preferable but not necessary)

· to hold a current forklift operators' certificate (F endorsement would be a bonus)

· to be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle,

· to be able to drive with and reverse a trailer,

· to be able to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing,

· to be a problem solver,

· to have good attention to detail,

· to have basic computer literacy and some experience with Word and Excel,

· to be an effective communicator and,

· to be willing to work as part of a team

Starting pay rates will be $23.15 per hour with the possibility of overtime when required. You will also need to have initiative and the ability to self-manage your work.
