Job Opportunity: Lead Factory Fabricator

Join our team as a Lead Factory Fabricator, responsible for crafting high-quality bespoke products in custom fabrication for complex projects, including high-security fencing, national infrastructure, distribution centers, and schools.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Lead complex fabrication tasks.
• Record production details and ensure proper packaging.
• Collaborate with the Factory Supervisor to optimize productivity.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist with yard management.
• Support colleagues in understanding job requirements.
• Undertake accurate site work as required.

Requirements:

• Engineering or similar experience with machinery knowledge.
• Proven industrial experience.
• Current welding certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient in reading plans and technical information.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Full driving license and forklift experience.
