Our pool and leisure facilities are more popular than ever, and as Lead Lifeguard, you will play a key part in ensuring that all customers not only have a fantastic experience but a safe one.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
This is a Permanent full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday.
As our centre opens 7 days a week, the ability to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends, is crucial in this role. Please note that this is a rotating 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday) then weekend on and weekend off shift.

You’ll have a passion for aquatics and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with customers and colleagues to improve water safety. You will be an excellent communicator and committed to delivering exceptional aquatic programmes and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Joining an energetic and passionate team, you’ll be a keen team player with a flexible approach and be able to take the initiative to help drive a positive safety culture.
You’ll need to hold a current First Aid Certificate as well as a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate.

Pay rate: $27.27 / Hour
