Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme is a major undertaking, spanning several years and delivering significant benefits to over a million New Zealanders who access MSD support and services.
The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is embarking on a transformational change that will deliver a new service model enabled by new capabilities, systems, and processes. MSD is the lead agency for managing and delivering New Zealand’s welfare system, which includes public employment services on behalf of the Government, and the primary provider of social policy and advice to Government. As part of this change, MSD is building a Digital Employment Service Platform (DESP) that will not only enhance MSD’s digital service for employment but also transform the effectiveness of MSD’s wider employment services.
This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to work with MSD and help shape the future of our employment service to New Zealand and New Zealanders.
About the role | Tēnei tūranga
The Lead Test Analyst will work closely with the key project and practice stakeholders (including QA practice leads/manager, project managers, solution architects, software vendors and other stakeholders as necessary) to establish a shared understanding of the testing strategy covering roles and responsibilities, interdependencies and touch points between the parties, expected results, and deliverables. The successful candidate will coordinate testing activities with the internal testing team and external vendors providing end-to-end ownership of the testing process and deliverables.
