Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Rocket Lab is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This role requires a high level of energy, confidence, and creativity to engage with our customers and resolve their inquiries promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product changes and updates to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends if required
