Job Description - Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hertz Global Holdings is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Wellington, New Zealand. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat 2. Assist customers with booking reservations and addressing any issues or concerns 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while following best practices for customer service 7. Stay up-to-date on product information and promotions to better assist customers 8. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions 9. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency with computer applications and technology 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field 6. Motivated and resourceful with a positive attitude 7. Presentation skills and ability to convey information clearly 8. Must be a team player and able to work well independently 9. Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work
