About the Company: Our client is a nationwide FMCG organisation with a large presence in Taranaki, where they are looking for their next Logistics Manager to manage all such aspects in and around that DC. About the Role: This is a critical role where you will be responsible for all warehousing and transport elements of the Taranaki operation. Working with a number of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be involved in a large operation with a lot of moving parts. People management is going to be a key element of this role, as will process management – both resulting in a fundamental impact on overall service delivery. As is the nature of these roles, continuous improvement and optimising efficiency will be at the forefront of how you operate, without compromise on quality/compliance. About You: You’ll need a track record of being in a sizeable logistics management role, within a cold chain environment and with emphasis on quality and compliance. Someone who can effectively lead their team and function, and also work collaboratively across the wider supply chain team, and business in general.
