A busy and challenging role as a receptionist (fixed term) is now available.


This is no ordinary receptionist role but one that requires an ability to deal with multiple tasks in quick succession, all the time ensuring that our patients are welcomed and receive the best possible service. Your home base will be at one of the above locations however flexibility is required as we may need you to work at one of our other locations and to be up to date with the functions at each location. The role will also provide the opportunity to become a modality specialist in our contact centre.


This complex role will appeal to the person who likes to constantly be expanding their knowledge and experience, who enjoys detailed work, who can cope with complexity, being part of a supportive team, excellent communication skills and is customer focused. Previous experience of working in health will be an advantage.


This position is full time, 40 hours per week, rostered between 8.00am to 5pm and the successful applicant will need to be flexible with providing coverage across our locations.
