About the roles:
Here’s a terrific career development opportunity for individuals wanting to play a vital role as a member of the Fale Talanoa contact centre at our Regional Office in Carbine Rd Mt Wellington. We will consider both fully trained applicants (with senior contact centre experience – coaching/ training new staff/ team members) and those starting afresh.  What you do need is enthusiasm for customer service, a willingness to contribute to team spirit. Develop your career and make a difference in Pacific wellbeing.

This particular role supports The Fono’s 4 Medical Practices, 3 Dental Practices, Mental Health Clinical Specialists, Public Health Services, Family Start, Whanau Ora, Oceania Career Academy and a wide range of social services, all lifting the economic standing and wellbeing of people right across Auckland.

About you:
If you are looking for an opportunity to make your mark in an innovative contact centre excelling in good patient service with the leading Pasifika primary health organisation and have the right blend of enthusiasm and willingness to learn this could be your ideal role. 

  • Experienced in reception or contact centre.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience as a senior customer service agent (is advantageous).
  • Wants to work in a team who know how to have fun.
  • Flexible and versatile.
  • Enjoy working within the Pasifika community and its people (a Pacific language capability may be an advantage).
  • Looking to grow within an organisation making a real difference.
