Job Description



Looking to step in to HR, grow your experience and make a difference? Due to an internal secondment, Summerset is looking for a high-performing Coordinator to join our award-winning People & Culture team on an 8-month fixed term contract .

Reporting to Senior P&C Advisor, this role will support the Operations teams and coordinate key activities within the employee lifecycle including producing employment documents, maintaining records, supporting onboarding and exiting processes, responding to general queries and delivery of P&C activities.

Qualifications



Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures and provide support to managers
  • Manage the P&C Help Desk enquiries and coordinate responses to general enquiries. Escalate complex issues to P&C Advisors/Business partners as appropriate. Take ownership of enquiries to ensure timely resolution and response provided.
  • Produce employment agreements, and variations in line with relevant contractual terms and conditions, ensuring all required documentation is collected. Develop working knowledge of all company terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate employee records to ensure that staff files and information are accurately filed and records are easily retrievable
  • Provide the P&C team with admin support, contributing to projects, documentation and other regular and ad-hoc activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and activities to support ongoing improvements

  • Strong continuous improvement, innovation and initiative
  • Ability to prioritise work, often within tight timeframes and under pressure
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills are an advantage!
