We have a new leadership role, heading the wellbeing, people, capability, and program areas of our business, in our friendly professional workplace.
To be successful in this role you will bring a genuine interest in growing our people; have an open, empathetic and approachable people-style; and a passion for implementing new ways of working or being that enhance our ability to be a world-class visitor experience.
This is a people-plus role, where you will also have the opportunity to take on projects, design or oversee programs, and bring new ideas and initiatives that enhance our working environment.
Our business has existing HR support, so this role offers more than a regular HR, people and capability role, with the opportunity to make it your own. For example, this role may suit someone with existing strong HR skills, who wants to expand beyond their present role into project and programme design – or someone with great people and program development skills who is keen to step into more of a leadership focus on human resource management.

This role will support our kaupapa and team to thrive and deliver a great visitor experience for manuhiri from throughout Aotearoa and the world. As People and Growth Coordinator you will enjoy getting to know all aspects of our business as we grow from strength to strength.
