Job Description - Product Support Technical Engineer

About the Opportunity:


Are you looking to step off the tools? Move into a role that is 8-5 with no more callouts?


We are looking for a highly qualified Equipment Technician to join our Product Support team, you will be providing prompt technical problem resolution and be the go-to person for our technicians that need assistance with diagnostic troubleshooting. You will need to keep up to date with changes and improvements in the market and be a product expert primarily on our Hitachi and Bell products.



To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The ability to advise and assist with fault diagnosis, repairs and planning of machine modifications
  • Pride in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining lasting relationships with all stakeholders
  • Experience reporting to the Manufacturers and Key Stakeholders
  • In depth current industry knowledge
  • Detailed knowledge of CablePrice's product range will be advantageous.
