RAN Lead - RF System Engineer

We're seeking a "RAN Lead - RF System Engineer" to take on a pivotal role in advancing our business. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing technical initiatives and motivating our team to deliver exceptional communication solutions for our clientele. Your focus will be on RF engineering, engaging across all stages of customer interaction and project development, from establishing clear specifications and viable contracts to implementation, deployment, acceptance, and support transition.
The role of "RAN Lead - RF System Engineer" demands a comprehensive understanding of RF technical systems and a proven ability to manage both technical tasks and personnel within a project framework. Ideally, you'll have a background in RF engineering design and extensive field experience in and around radio sites, along with expertise in radio systems design and deployment. Knowledge of Radio System operation within customer control centres is advantageous, as is an interest in coverage verification, GIS, and mapping systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to achieving exceptional project outcomes for both the project and the customer. As the RAN Lead, you'll contribute to the business by applying your knowledge and expertise to define and supervise projects effectively. This role reports to the Project Engineering Manager.
