Job Description - Remote Account Support Assistant


Job Description:


Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients and assist with account management tasks - Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and ensure timely resolution of inquiries - Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction - Assist with data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless support to clients


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
