Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


HRG Group is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Account Support Assistant. This is a full-time remote position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ with an entry-level seniority level and no required years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and email correspondence - Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the team - Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions - Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed


Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure - Creative thinking skills to provide innovative solutions to problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
