Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Trade Me in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to account holders remotely - Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues in a timely manner - Assisting with account set-up, maintenance, and billing inquiries - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Documenting case details and resolutions accurately in our system - Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to account support

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer support or account management role - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
