Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Account Support Associate to join our team at Gilead Sciences. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team, assisting with client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from home.
Responsibilities: - Assist with managing client accounts and maintaining relationships - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Assist with preparing and presenting reports to clients - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Support the sales team in reaching revenue targets - Assist with developing strategic plans to grow key accounts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and motivated to succeed - Ability to think critically and strategically - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
