Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Vesper Marine is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers regarding account management and product inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new product features and updates - Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong research and presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Experience in customer service or account management is preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
