Job Description - Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team at EMC in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent persuasion and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients through email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and address any concerns or questions promptly - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Recommend improvements to the account support process based on client feedback - Stay up to date on product updates and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience in account support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
