Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, with strong leadership and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Communicate regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients - Analyze account data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Create reports and presentations to update stakeholders on account status and performance - Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
