Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

CarMax is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team in a remote position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Manage and maintain accurate records of account information, transactions, and communication - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Assist in the development of account strategies and goals to drive sales and revenue growth - Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Availability to work full-time hours on a flexible schedule - Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a virtual team
