Job Description - Call Center Assistant

Job Description:


Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, requests, and issues. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback. 3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a professional and timely manner. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the management team. 7. Work with the Call Center Manager to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 6. Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
