Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at Spalk, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide the highest level of service to our customers. Your main goal will be to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize efficiency in the call center.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives - Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes - Train and coach team members to enhance their performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Create and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center environment - Hardworking and independent - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proven leadership experience - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
