Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of remote call center representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate a team of remote call center representatives to meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 8. Participate in recruitment and training of new call center team members. 9. Manage call center technology and tools to optimize performance and productivity. 10. Contribute to the development and implementation of call center best practices and standards.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. 2. Proven experience in remote call center management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and project management abilities. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 6. Resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances. 7.
