Job Description:
Navient, a leading financial services company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance in a courteous and professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates - Updating customer accounts with relevant information and ensuring accurate record-keeping - Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services - Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of service - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings - Participating in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance job performance
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly - Previous experience in financial services or banking is a plus
