Job Description - Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description: As a Call Center Officer at PowerbyProxi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through phone calls, emails, and online chat. You will work remotely from your home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, technical support, and issue resolution. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. 2. Provide accurate product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with order processing and returns. 3. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and data in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes, policies, and customer service standards. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent individual who can work effectively from a remote location. 2. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 4. Proven negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations effectively. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and remote communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
