Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a Call Center Officer to work remotely from home in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service or call center role. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers, providing excellent service, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing accurate information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a diplomatic manner - Updating customer records and information in the database - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager - Following call center protocols and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
