Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a driven and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding medical appointments, billing inquiries, and general information. 2. Schedule appointments and update patient information in the system accurately. 3. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Utilize medical knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to callers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 6. Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets set by management. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 4. Demonstrated teamwork and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology is a plus.
