Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing them with excellent customer service and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from patients and assist them with questions or concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up with patients on their healthcare needs - Enter accurate and detailed notes into the system for each interaction - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by management - Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions to better assist patients - Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual with a customer-focused mindset - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software - Ability to work remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent required
