Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide information, and upsell products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Research solutions to customer problems and provide strategic planning to address customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of research methods and strategies - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
